It was then that I stumbled upon a website which provided me with the ability to pay my tuition via PayPal and it was the best decision I ever made.I never thought that the Obama Scholarships would be used for something like PayPal and I was very surprised when I found out that the Obama Scholarships was one of the sources that I could use to pay my tuition from. My friend had also heard about this program and he informed me that she had found out that it was possible to get more than one scholarship. When I submitted my scholarship application to the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, I was not prepared for the rude turn of events.They informed me that I did not have to pay the money back because it was a 'non-refundable' scholarship, which I didn't know anything about.
