My Payment From Frog Tutoring Was Never Received
My Payment From Frog Tutoring Was Never ReceivedMy Payment From Frog Tutoring Was Never Received. I applied for three online scholarships and was on my way to college. When I received the e-mail stating that my scholarship application had been rejected, I tried to find a way to pay my tuition without having to work and continue with my job. This kind of situation has happened to me before and I learned a lesson that I did not want to repeat again. It was then that I stumbled upon a website which provided me with the ability to pay my tuition via PayPal and it was the best decision I ever made.I never thought that the Obama Scholarships would be used for something like PayPal and I was very surprised when I found out that the Obama Scholarships was one of the sources that I could use to pay my tuition from. My friend had also heard about this program and he informed me that she had found out that it was possible to get more than one scholarship. I knew that if I could get one scholarsh ip, then I could at least pay my tuition and make my college education possible. My Paid from Frog Tutoring Was Never Received by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid. The first time that I applied for the scholarship, they said that it was okay because I had already attended Frog Tutoring class. Another reason why my paid from frog tutoring was never received by the office of scholarships and financial aid is because I actually didn't attend any class. So in the second time that I applied for the Obama Scholarships, I was happy that I remembered how the first time went because I knew that I would get my scholarship because of my high school grade point average. However, I did not expect that my scholarship application would be approved the first time around. My Paid from Frog Tutoring Was Never Received by the 'Scholarship' Department of the University. When I submitted my scholarship application to the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, I was not prepared for the rude turn of events. They informed me that I did not have to pay the money back because it was a 'non-refundable' scholarship, which I didn't know anything about. It wasn't until I applied for the second time and I realized that the second time around, the 'scholarship' was going to cover my tuition and therefore, I got my tuition back.My Paid from Frog Tutoring Was Never Received by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid Again. The second time around, I was not prepared because I did not think that I would get my scholarship because I did not attend any online course and I needed to go to college.

How to Avoid Forgetting a Language in 9 Brilliant Tips
How to Avoid Forgetting a Language in 9 Brilliant Tips How to Avoid Forgetting a Language in 9 Brilliant Tips There are plenty of ways to learn a language. There are just as many ways to let it fall into disuse and become like an abandoned building in your mind.Stop using it.Stop studying it.Fill up so much of your brain space with Starbucks secret menu items that theres no room left.Any language learner can tell you that they forget some information over time. You might remember how to conjugate verbs but not what each verb tense is called. You might remember common vocabulary words but forget some of your more advanced expressions. But worst of all, you could eventually forget your target language altogether. So why not keep it in the front of your mind with a few simple strategies?Abandoned buildings can actually be pretty cool. But theres nothing cool about letting that language you worked so hard to learn fade from your memory. Why You Should Actively Maintain the Languages Youve LearnedYouve put a lot of time into learning a language, so you dont want your study time to be wasted. Not on ly did you choose which language to learn and figure out the best way to learn for you, but you put in countless hours of studying that you could have set aside for other interests. If you dont work to maintain your language skills, all this time and effort could be wasted.Like with any skill, if you dont practice your target language regularly, youll forget a lot. Case in point: How well do you remember how to do long division? You can spend almost as long trying remember a language you forgot as you spent learning the language in the first place. Simply staying in practice can save you valuable time. You might not even notice how much language youve lost until you need your trusty language skills and they arent there. No one wants to travel abroad thinking theyre fluent only to find out they dont actually remember their target language at all.How to Avoid Forgetting a Language in 9 Brilliant Tips1. Change your mindset to consider learning a language a lifelong process. Most pe ople forget their target language because theyre no longer using or studying it. One of the simplest ways to prevent this is by considering learning a language a lifelong process rather than a limited-term course of study. With this in mind, dont give up on your learning routine. Whether youre building new vocabulary or working on tricky grammar rules, keep studying. Even fluent speakers dont know all the vocabulary, so theres always something new to learn. You dont have to commit as much time to studying as you did when you were just starting out, but remembering to put in some time will help keep you in practice.2. Use FluentU.FluentU is a fun, flexible way to prevent yourself from forgetting your target language. In fact, you might actually find your skills continue to grow in just a few minutes a day.FluentU makes it possible to learn languages from music videos, commercials, news and inspiring talks. With FluentU, you learn real languagesâ"the same way that natives speak them. FluentU is convenient enough to fit into any lifestyle but rigorous enough to ensure you learn, remember and continue to improve.Start using FluentU on the website with your computer or tablet or, better yet, download the FluentU app from the iTunes or Google Play store.3. Maintain a set schedule of when to use your target language, whether or not you actually need to use it.If youre no longer actively studying a language, one of the main reasons it may fade from your memory is simple lack of exposure. Maintaining a set schedule of when to use your language will help keep it fresh in your mind. For instance, on Saturdays, you could go to a grocery store or restaurant where native speakers of your language congregate. Or every night before bed, watch clips from variety shows in your target language rather than your favorite native language late night shows.Working language opportunities like this into your schedule will prevent you from forgetting by ensuring that you never go too long without using your skills.4. Set specific goals to continue improving your skills.Setting specific goals will help motivate you to continue improving your skills by giving you clear objectives. For instance, you might try learning 20 new vocabulary words per week, reading a book a month in your target language or spending 10 minutes a day studying the language.Regardless, making your goals specific is key because it makes them easier to meet. For instance, deciding youre going to learn five new vocabulary words today is a lot easier to achieve than a vague goal, like I want to study sometime today.5. Get addicted to a Netflix series in your target language to refresh your skills effortlessly.Theres nothing as satisfying as a Netflix binge except for a Netflix binge that keeps you from forgetting your target language. And luckily, its easy to get addicted to a foreign language TV series that will give you regular practice with your target language. Netflix is constantly expa nding its offerings, so theres plenty of great foreign-language content to help reinforce your skills. For instance, Spanish students might enjoy a great series like La casa de papel (literally the house of paper, but its English title is Money Heist).French students could get deep into Au service de la France (literally in the service of France, but its English title is A Very Secret Service). To find TV shows in your target language, just search the name of your language and TV shows.6. Change your bedtime reading habit into a language refresher by reading works in your target language. If youre one of those people who loves to read a good book before bed, you can easily convert your bedtime reading habit into an excellent language refresher by reading books in your target language. For free books, you might try Project Gutenberg, which offers an array of classic books in foreign languages. To stay up to date on the latest books in your target language, you might try perusing Goodr eads lists to see what other readers are enjoying. For instance, there are plenty of lists of Spanish-language books. From there, there are links to help you find where to purchase a book. All you have to do is double-check to make sure its in your target language. To get the most out of your evening reading, try reading aloud. This way, youll not only reinforce your reading skills, youll also keep up your speaking practice.7. Make friends with native speakers for easy, continual practice that will make you happy you learned your target language in the first place. Its nice to have friends, but having friends is even nicer when those friends help you keep your language skills up.If you already have a friend who speaks your target language, all you have to do is converse with them in that language to keep from forgetting it.If you dont already have a friend who speaks your target language, there are plenty of ways to make friends. For instance, you might connect with native speakers on italki, an online service that makes it easy for you to browse and connect with tutors and exchange partners who are right for you. However, theres a difference between simple language exchange and long-term friendship. In fact, language exchange usually isnt intended to be life-long. So if youre hoping to turn your language exchange partnership into a long-term one, its important to select the right partner. Look for people with shared interests, and be sure to share your main interests in your profile. The more you have in common, the easier it will be to make a deeper connection that can last a lifetime. If you find a friend who speaks your target language, practicing it will just feel like socializing rather than studying, making it easier and more enjoyable to continue long-term.8. Hire a tutor for occasional one-on-one check-ins to make sure your skills havent regressed (and discuss personalized solutions). What do you do when youre not sure of whether your skills have regressed ? And what if you know your skills arent what they used to be, but you just cant figure out what to do to correct them?Hiring a tutor can be helpful for both these concerns. You can hire tutors online through services like TakeLessons and Preply, and most tutors will help you with whatever you like. This means you can talk to a tutor for occasional checkups to make sure your language skills are still intact.Best of all, if your tutor notices youre struggling with something, they can give you personalized instruction on how to correct your errors and improve your skills.9. Travel abroad to refresh your skills and improve your motivation to keep learning. If you need to travel abroad to keep your language skills fresh, so be it!Traveling to a place where the language youre trying to maintain is spoken can help you practice using your skills in context. Over the length of your trip, you might even notice more and more of your language skills coming back to you.But beyond that, travel ing abroad can also increase your motivation to keep studying your target language. After all, if you have a great trip, youll want to make your next trip even better by better understanding the language. But the learning doesnt need to be reserved just for your time abroad. You can research your trip in your target language for an extra learning boost. Look for the official pages of tourist sites, peruse hotel websites (both big and boutique) and assess restaurant menus to see where you might like to eat. All of these activities can help reinforce your language skills while getting you excited for your upcoming trip.Dont let all your hard work be for naught!Use these simple steps and strategies to ensure you never forget your target language.
Chemical Bonds Research
Chemical Bonds ResearchThere are numerous chemistry bonds that scientists can use to study chemical properties of materials. Chemists have made a successful science that involves the accurate study of all chemistry bonds that involves studying this amazing substance with the support of resources from the soil, the atmosphere, and water. The data collected using this science has enabled the scientific community to understand different elements, molecules, and bonds on a very large scale. The first study in this science involved studying the behavior of molecules that are formed in the solid state in extremely strong magnetic fields. In this experiment, the scientists learned how the molecules were affected by the magnetic field. It was found that only molecules that consisted of a polar group would be affected by the magnetic field whereas those that were not composed of a polar group did not change their behavior.Further studies on the behavior of molecules in the liquid state involve d the study of the behavior of materials with dissimilar molecular composition and properties. It was discovered that different minerals were responsible for the varying molecular behavior of materials. Since the minerals have different mineral's composition, the minerals effect to the molecular behavior of the material was analyzed. The amazing phenomenon of non-covalent bonding has been studied through the study of the bonding of different molecules in different compounds and liquids. This research led to the discovery of new types of materials and the identification of these new types of materials had paved the way for the development of the materials that we use in daily life. The next science, which is also one of the most interesting and successful, is Bonding by Interactions. In this study, the properties of materials are analyzed by analysing its interrelationships. It is important to point out that in this type of study, some of the atoms of the molecules are replaced by ions that share the same properties as the atoms. One more interesting science that researchers can do is monitoring the changing behaviors of atoms and their physical interactions through microscopic observation. This research is used to help scientists understand the behavior of all atoms and to improve the understanding of materials. The concepts of Chemical Bonds are also being studied to improve the understanding of all materials and their chemical properties. One more research area that involves the bonding and interrelationships is the Computational Chemistry which involves the application of modern computer technologies in chemistry. It is hoped that scientists will continue to understand more about this field of science and find useful applications of this technology in the future.

The Truth About the CQP
The Truth About the CQPThere are a number of misconceptions regarding the Quality and Participation Questionnaire (CQP) used to measure the student's academic performance. We have all been involved in work related issues in schools for long enough to know that even after we've worked all of our back nine years on one part of the curriculum, the school board decides it is too much of a hassle to complete the other parts. What they end up doing is not helping the students. It's a double standard that is the result of the teacher's favoritism for students. The CQP assessment has been in use for many years as a measure of academic achievement and in actuality, it has never been designed to help the teachers manage classroom teaching assignments. The job of the teacher is to teach each lesson and to explain what those lessons entail to the students. The best way to do this is through written materials. The concept of the CQP is to see if the curriculum is being used in the classroom, and if it is, the written materials should be given extra attention. This is an examination for which the teacher is responsible and which should not be considered a 'set it and forget it' method of delivering instruction. The CQP questions pose two basic tests. The first test is how well the student's work fits into the lesson plan, and the second test is how well the teacher was able to organize the lesson plan and to get the work done. The teacher needs to pass both tests for the student to receive a passing grade. Some teachers show great initiative in getting their students to complete all of the required work.Once the teacher passes the CQP, there is still work left to do. The curriculum used by the teacher is important and should be the center of the student'sstudies. It is for the teacher to determine how best to accomplish this task and he or she should work with the students to determine what will fit their skills best. The CQP is not for the teacher to declare the student not to understand a lesson or how much information should be provided. It is there to determine if the student is engaged in the learning process and if the student's work has all of the elements required for their success. If a student does not have enough work or doesn't understand the course material, the student is not really learning. Only by working with a group of students can this be determined. The CQP is not designed to be used as a performance indicator of teacher effectiveness. It is a measure of teaching to determine if the teacher is using the material taught and the format and techniques taught to the maximum degree possible. There is no such thing as an effective teacher who provides inadequate instruction. The student must also be made aware of the CQP during the teacher's training.
Line Plot
Line Plot The diagrammatic representation of the frequency of data along the number line is known as Line Plot. The line plot is best to use when we have to compare numbers less than 25. Thus the Line plot is just like the data tallied and then plotted on a number line. So the line plot is the simplest and quickest way to arrange the data. Sometimes the Line plot is also known as Dot plot. A line Plot uses X marks on top of the number line to indicate the frequencies. The X marks may get replaced with a dot or some image that is associated with the information set. Line Plots are helpful for the analysis of information. Employing the Line Plot, we can easily calculate the range, the mode as well as the median of the information. Example 1: During an Essay class the students had to write a paper concerning their life. When they finished their papers, the Professor counted the amount of pages that they had written. Use this line plot below to answer the questions. i. How many students wrote the essay that was precisely one page long? ii. Did more students write essays that were two pages long or five pages? iii. The largest amount of students wrote an essay exactly _____ page(s) long. Solutions: i. 8 students. ii. 5 pages iii. 4 Example 2: The line plot below shows the Science Score distribution of a class. i) How many students are in the Science class? There are 27 students in the class.
Adding fractions with unlike denominators
Adding fractions with unlike denominators The basic mathematical operations in math are addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Addition is finding the total sum or combining the given numbers or quantities. Addition is denoted by the sign +. In addition order of the numbers doesnt change the answer. Fraction is usually written in the p/q form. Here p is the numerator and q is the denominator. The denominator of a fraction cannot be equal to zero i.e. q not equal to zero. For adding two fractions with different denominators the LCM needs to be calculated. Example 1: Simplify and find the answer by adding the two fraction numbers 3/5 + 1/2? Solution: Given is to find the sum of 3/5 + 1/2. The fractions have unlike denominator. So the LCM of 2 and 5 = 10. The fractions are written using the LCM = 1/2 + 3/5 = 5/10 + 6/10 = 11/10. Therefore, this gives adding the two fractions 3/5 + 1/2 = 11/10. Question: Multiple choice question (Pick the correct option.) What is the sum of adding the two fractions 1/3 + 1/4? a) 7/12 b) 5/12 c) 2/12 d) None of these. Correct answer: option a. Given is adding the fractions 1/3 + 1/4. Here both the fractions have unlike denominators. The LCM of the denominators 3 and 4 is 12. The denominators can be made alike by the LCM 12. This gives 1/3 + 1/4 = 4/12 + 3/12 = 7/12. Therefore, this gives adding the two fractions 1/3 + 1/4= 7/12.
How to Determine the Price of Your Piano Lessons
How to Determine the Price of Your Piano Lessons Setting the Cost of Your Piano Lessons ChaptersScout the Competition: the Piano Lesson MarketSetting a Price According to Your Skill Level and the Quality of Your LessonsTake Your Students' Profiles into AccountRates Will Vary Depending on How You Find Your StudentsGiving piano lessons is something that is, for a private teacher, very gratifying. If your lessons are effective, you'll quickly start receiving direct praise from your students or their parents. This type of feedback helps fuel a teacher's motivation because it acts as reinforcement, providing reassurance that the instruction being provided is good. But for pianists who do decide to start teaching the instrument, there's one hurdle to overcome â" one that's difficult and full of uncertainty â" in the form of setting the rate for a one-hour piano lesson. It's certainly possible to teach the piano for free, to teach a friend or a family member to play. However, we'll ignore that scenario in this article in order to focus on private teachers who want to increase th eir monthly take home amounts or live exclusively off of piano lessons they give.Giving lessons on an instrument like the piano thus has its commercial side: you need to sell your private lessons on the market, get your piece of the pie by creating a method, an educational approach, something desirable:The opportunity to learn about music theory and the scales; classes for beginners; a variety of styles (jazz, clasical, rock, pop)Set at a price that isn't prohibitive, but not too absurdly lowWith the ability to adapt to students of any age or levelAnd focused on listening to your students needsBelow are some ideas from the Superprof team to help you set your rates for your private piano lessons. Whether in a music school or in the student's home, always private. There aren't really alternative jobs for teachers of musical instruments - it's hard to give group harp lessons or find new ways to play a piccolo. The question is not how you teach, but where - in a school, or as a private tutor from home. But be aware that private piano lessons (similar to violin, guitar, drums, or singing lessons) cost an average of $50 to $60 an hour. There are disparities according to regions and the level being taught: teaching the piano is a very technical endeavor, and according to the quality of the classes, the rates will change. Here's a quick look at the average hourly costs of piano lessons in the US:New York: $75Boston: $70Chicago: $60Miami: $55Houston: $63Seattle: $50San Francisco: $72Los Angeles: $68Washington DC: $66If you give in-home lessons, you perhaps already know that it's not a very standardized business. There are no minimum education qualifications or set prices in place.Nevertheless, it's best to align your rates with your competitors if you want it to be easier to find your first students. There's also the question of value for your skills.Your playing level, the quality of your lessons, your target group â" beginner pianists, intermediate, or advanced... these are all factors that are going to determine if you situate your rate at high end or low end of the range of costs in your area.Setting a Price According to Yo ur Skill Level and the Quality of Your LessonsIt's difficult to estimate a price based on abilities.Your skill level as a piano playerIf you have several years of experience playing the piano and have mastered the techniques, meaning you can give lessons on scales, theory, coordination exercises, right and left hand dexterity, the chords, playing entire songs, across a variety of styles, then you don't need to be shy with your rates.Accurately assessing your own skills when you want to teach a musical instrument is very important in terms of setting a fair price for your capabilities. The more experience you've got under your belt, the more you can raise your prices.Like anything good, quality has a price. Don't set the cost high based on principle, just to earn some money. And be willing to be flexible according to a family's budget, but don't set them too low or you'll be underpaid.Making money from teaching courses on the piano to students is also a way to offset the cost of your own training process. If you have only five years of experience playing the piano, you can't charge a rate similar to a private teacher who has thirty years of experience on the keyboard.Your rate depends on the quality of your piano lessonsBy the same token, these rates also depend on the method you use to teach piano: establish a proper musical training program, along with supporting materials, that teach:fun approaches to the scalesmusic theoryhow to read music, the notes (A, B, C, D, E, F, G) and keys, sheet musichand (and foot) coordinationcorrect posturedifferent approaches to different styles (jazz, blues, and classical are harder than pop)how to work on harmony, fluidity, and other nuances that pianists must interpret for themselvesEven better: offer your first lesson free. All of these things can help you get you going in the market, where you can change your prices later.Find out how to plan your piano lessons in five easy steps!Take Your Students' Profiles into AccountYou w on't be paid the same way for beginner students wanting to learn to play the piano from scratch and those who are already musicians.Your rates will also be higher if a student wants to take intensive lessons to prepare for an audition or entrance exam at a conservatory or university program.Lastly, if you're giving private lessons in your students' homes, you need to factor the travel costs into your hourly rate.If you need to run clear across town, include that cost in your hourly fee for piano lessons. The level of instructionAccording to the type of private piano lesson you give, you'll offer different rates. The higher the level of the student, the more you earn. For teaching private piano lessons to beginners, set your rate around $40 an hour, maybe less. Clarify that it's for children ages 3 to 10.This level on instruction is east. Private lesson for beginners are meant to introduce the player to the piano:learn the scaleslearn to read notestackle the chordsAny pianist with a fe w years of playing experience can give introductory classes to young children. Whether you're a jazz piano virtuoso or not, you can still teach those wanting to get started on the piano. If you give lessons on jazz piano to musicians wanting to take their musical training to a higher level or increase their chances of getting into a conservatory, advise them to take intensive courses. This will mean more demanding lessons, more effort, and in the end, more costs for the students. To prepare a student for an audition, we estimate that a reasonable rate, on average, is around $65 an hour: not too low, but not too high. The importance of travel costsWhen you're a private teacher, you have to carry the costs of traveling to your students' homes.Meaning that if one lives on the other side of town, or further, you'll spend time commuting and money on gas and possibly tolls.Location obviously factors into the hourly rate of your private lessons, but if you're a great teacher and mobile on top of that, the family should appreciate this fact and you'll be at a competitive advantage. So calculating the costs of getting yourself to and from your students' homes and raising it accordingly is a key factor in determining your rates, but don't go crazy adding to the fees.Rates Will Vary Depending on How You Find Your StudentsThe last factor to consider as you evaluate your hourly fee: the way you meet your students.Don't get overwhelmed by the diversity of ways to find students: find your niche and set your rate accordingly. As an independent, freelance piano teacher, there are actually quite a few ways you can find and enroll new students (online, through your network, references from music schools, etc). And it's important to remember these ways of finding students as you determine what fees to ask for.You will likely charge less money to a friend's five year old daughter, for example. You might loose some income, but you'll keep a friend and that friend will be more likely to t ell other friends about your skills as a private teacher. And when teaching supplemental lessons to students at conservatories or music schools, you want to keep your rates in-line with the other private teachers the school refers students to, so you don't price yourself out of the market or ruin the relationship.Lastly, with platforms like Superprof, you need to understand that you're being put in direct competition with other teachers, and so need to offer fair prices, especially since they're bringing students to you.But remember, in the end, it's up to you to determine the best rate for your piano lessons â" before you start them. Now discover everything you need to know about being a piano teacher...
